Yuri Karasawa is a Japanese-American content creator based in Tokyo, Japan. He started the “Yakyu Cosmopolitan” project in February 2021 to introduce global audiences to Japanese baseball. Yuri graduated from Temple University in 2024 with a degree in Asian Studies (focused on Japanese politics). He was featured on the BBC World Service radio during the 2023 World Baseball Classic and 2024 World Series.
